The pathways through which Qi transitions through the body are called meridians. To assist with the optimal flow of Qi through the body, acupuncture points are identified then stimulated through thin needles. This process re-energizes the tissue surrounding the pressure points to support the internal organs and encourage balance and wellness in the body.
